In the event of an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or provider for assistance even if that hospital or provider is not part of your network.

Once admitted, call or have someone call us in order to issue a medical emergency pre-authorization within the first 48 hours of the admission or procedure (this also applies to air ambulance and repatriation).

Euro-Center to Replace Coris Assistance as dhigās Worldwide Assistance Partner
Dear dhig GmbH customers*,
This information concerns those of you whose insurance documents list Coris Assistance as the 24/7 hotline and international assistance service provider. Ā As of April 1, 2025 these services will be transferred to Euro-Center (www.euro-center.com). This change shall have no effect on your rights and obligations under the insurance contract.
The contact phone number indicated in your insurance certificate and member card will not change, nor will there be any other changes to existing arrangements with the other international assistance companies cooperating with dhig in the area of international students and private medical (health) insurance.
