Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of regular invoices for customers and partners
- Ongoing target/actual comparisons (Soll/Ist-Vergleiche) in the course of sales controlling
- Creation and further development of internal reports (Excel and MS-CRM)
- Active participation in tests and meetings for the further development of our self-developed DaiSy insurance system (based on MS CRM)
- Review of external reporting
- Processing of international claims settlement
- Development of a professional dunning system within the dhig Group
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Completed Economic, Accounting and/or Finance education
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and accounting an advantage
- No previous experience in the insurance industry needed
- Very good MS Office skills, Excell level – advanced
- Excellent English knowledge (level C1) – company language is English – other languages are also an advantage (preferably Eastern European languages such as Bulgarian, Serbian, Russian)
- Numerate, analytical skills, high ambition to learn
- Structured and accurate way of working and willingness to work independently
- Open-minded, flexible and friendly personality
- An Austrian working permit is required for this position

Salary:
The gross minimum salary for full-time (38.5 hours) is EUR 3,000 per month. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and work experience.

Junior Health Insurance Underwriter (m/f/n)

Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and guide rate quotations, product and benefit recommendations and risk arrangements with particular emphasis on risk-assessment and reaching an appropriate level of premium, to safeguard our portfolio while fostering growth
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with sales force and health insurance carriers
- Work with the underwriting team to learn and understand market dynamics that drive challenges as well as success in their assigned market
- Actively collaborate with other underwriters in the team
- Provide recommendations and support for initiatives focused on improving underwriting processes, procedures, and practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of healthcare rating/underwriting in the health/life Insurance Industry.
- Financial analysis experience in a healthcare brokerage environment or insurance carrier
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Self-funded and level-funded plans experience is a plus

- Handling insurance claims as per internal company procedures
- Investigating details for the insurance event by identifying and collecting the relevant documentation
- Taking final decisions on coverage of the claim
- Storing claims data according to the internal compliance regulations

- Document Formatting and Management: Create and manage professional documents and presentations using PowerPoint and Word.
- Social Media: Assist with posting and managing content on our social media platforms.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate internal projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including preparing meeting minutes and follow-ups.
- Design: Undertake basic graphic design tasks to support our marketing efforts.
- WordPress Updates: Perform basic updates on our WordPress site.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree, ongoing studies or corresponding coursework in marketing, graphic design, social media management, or a related field.

- Experience: No prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English (C1 level). Knowledge of additional languages, especially Eastern European ones like Bulgarian, Serbian, or Russian, is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: A team player who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and a quick learner with excellent communication skills.
- Work Permit: Must have an Austrian working permit.
Salary:
