How does telemedicine work?
You can connect with a qualified doctor via chat or video anytime. Telemedicine provides medical advice, prescriptions (where allowed), and guidance for next steps.
How do I file a claim?
Tap on the “File a Claim” button and follow the steps. In the last step you will need to upload following documents:
- A report from your doctor stating the diagnosis.
- A full breakdown of the costs for each service, treatment, or medication.
- Official receipts confirming you have paid the invoices.
Is the app available globally?
Yes. It’s designed for international clients and travelers with multilingual support and telemedicine service in 6 languages (English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, and French), depending on your location.
